HOW IT WORKS
In order to develop your resistance-training program, we need to test some variables to individualize and periodize your workouts.



ANSWER QUESTIONS SENT BY COACH
First, you need to answer some basic questions such as:
How old are you?
What is your current fitness level?
Do you have any injuries that may affect your workouts?
What are your specific goals and objectives?
TEST YOUR CURRENT FITNESS LEVEL
You can either select 10 exercises from the list provided, or have the coach select the specific exercises for you based on your goals.

Once you have that list, you will have to test how much weight you can comfortably do for 3-8 repetitions.

Send the list of weights to your coach.
RECEIVE YOUR MONTHLY PROGRAM
Based on the exercises you selected and their respective weights, our algorithm will determine how much weight, how many sets and how many reps to do for each workout.

Every third week you will re-test and write down how much you have improved in the previous three weeks.

Send those NEW weights to your coach. Your program will update and you will be ready for another block of improvement!
