This is a periodized, high volume to high intensity program with the intent of increasing muscular strength, muscle mass, power and endurance for your sport. This is a program that can be tailored for beginner, intermediate and advanced clients. *please specify your fitness level when sending testing results* To get your individualized, periodized training program you will have to get in touch with a coach, as there will be some variables that need to be tested.
